Primary Election

Early Voting
Thursday, April 16th, 2020 to Thursday, April 23rd, 2020
from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Election Day
Tuesday, April 28th, 2020
from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

 Registration Deadline
October 13th, 2020
by 5:00 PM (or 11:59 PM if registering online)

Absentee Voting
If you can’t  make it to Early Voting or Election Day, you can apply for an absentee ballot onlineprint an application or call us at 410-638-3565

If you want your ballot mailed to you
your application is due by Tuesday, April 21, 2020
at 8:00 pm (or 11:59 pm if applying by fax or email)

If you want your ballot by web delivery
your application it is due by April 24, 2020
at 5:00 pm (or 11:59 pm if applying by fax or email)

*If you miss any of these deadlines you can apply and receive your ballot in person at our office up until and on Election Day*

Military or Overseas Voters
 Fill out a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)
(for deadlines see above)

Returning Voted Ballots
If returning in person
 It must be at our office no later than 8:00 pm on April 28, 2020

If returning by mail
It must be postmarked on or before April 28, 2020

*If you are assisting a voter and/or transporting their ballot you must fill out an Agent Form*

*Ballots cannot be returned at polling places*

General Election

Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020
from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
