Unable to make it to Early Voting or Election Day?
You can apply for an absentee ballot online, print an application or call us at 410-638-3565.
If you are assisting a voter and/or transporting their ballot you must fill out an Agent Form.

Applying for an Absentee Ballot for the General Election

If you want your ballot:

Mailed to you – your application is due by Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 8:00 pm or 11:59 pm if applying by fax or email.
By web delivery – your application it is due by April 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm or 11:59 pm if applying by fax or email.

If you miss any of these deadlines you can apply and receive your ballot in person at our office up until and on Election Day.

If you are a military or overseas citizen you must fill out a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).
Please apply as early as possible to ensure you receive your ballot in a timely manner (for deadlines see above).

Returning Voted Ballots

If returning in person – it must be at our office no later than 8:00 pm on April 28, 2020.
If returning by mail – it must be postmarked on or before April 28, 2020.
